TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Nothing in these terms and conditions should be seen as removing a customer’s right in law.

  1. Descriptions shown in brochures, advertisements, on websites or other electronic media and by way of samples are correct at the time of going to press, errors and omissions excepted.  They are liable to alteration at any time without notice.

  2. We may revise prices without notice.  Prices will be those ruling at the date of dispatch.  Quotations remain current for one month.

  3. All accounts are payable in full in advance of dispatch.

  4. Credit is not offered.

  5. Orders for goods may be cancelled within 14 days of order confirmation in accordance with your statutory rights, by notifying us by email.  Orders for bespoke personalised goods made to special order cannot be cancelled.

  6. We cannot accept liability for delay in dispatch or delivery.

  7. Carriage may be charged in addition to the quoted price and will be specified before dispatch.  Whilst the seller will endeavour to deliver the goods by the specified date or dates for delivery, such date or dates are estimated dates only and the seller shall not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates. Time shall not be of the essence in relation to those dates. The seller will notify the customer of any substantial change in those dates.

  8. Returns must be notified by email within 14 days of delivery.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, and must be in the original packaging. Returned items will be inspected and customers notified of their status and receipt.  If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to the original credit card (or original method of payment).

  9. Shortage of goods or damage must be notified by email within 14 days of delivery, or no claim can be accepted.  Delivery of obviously damaged goods should be refused.  Notifications should give delivery note number, a list of quantities of the products damaged, and details of the type of damage.  Damaged goods and their original packaging must be retained safely for inspection.

  10. Liability cannot be accepted for non-delivery of goods if written notification is not received within 14 days of the date of dispatch.

  11. No liability is accepted for any consequential loss of damage whatsoever, however caused.

  12. Acceptance of the goods implies acceptance of these conditions.  These conditions may not be varied except in writing by one of our partners.

  13. Under some circumstances we may cancel the contract without notice or compensation.  Such circumstances would include inability to obtain materials, labour and supplies, strikes, lock-outs and other forms of industrial action or dispute, fire, flood, drought, weather conditions, war (whether declared or not), acts of terrorism, civil disturbance, acts of God or any other cause beyond our control making it impossible for us to fulfil the contract. In this case, any fees paid by the buyer towards the contract will be refunded.

  14. Until they have been paid for we reserve our title in goods supplied.

  15. If an order is to be fulfilled in instalments, no instalment will be delivered until the previous instalment has been paid for.

  16. If a ‘quotation’ is given it is a firm price for the job, will remain valid for 30 days from issue but is subject to these terms and conditions.  An ‘estimate’ is our best estimate of the final cost but may be subject to fluctuation due to exigencies of the job which may be difficult or impossible to foresee.

We accept all UK-issued debit, credit, corporate, prepaid or rewards cards featuring the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Vise Electron or Vpay logos (as well as most international cards featuring these logos).

We do not accept Discover, JCB or Union Pay.

All payments are processed through Square, Inc.
